Yesterday we travelled to Blarney Castle We where lucky we only had a 10min wait to climb the 100 narrow uneven twisting

steps to the top of the tower to kiss the blarney stone to do so you have to lay on your back tilt your head right back and lower yourself down a hole with a clear view and drop to the ground by the time we returned to ground level the waiting time was over 3 hours the grounds and castle are definitely worth a visit

We then moved on to a town called Clonakilty treating ourself to a Chinese meal and then a trip to an proper old Irish pub
